Normandy Farms Wedding - Mia & Brandon
It was the most beautiful day, and I felt so lucky to be able to document their love. The grounds of Normandy Farm were the ideal setting for their wedding, and the mild, dry spring weather was a dream come true. There was nothing but love and happiness throughout both the outdoor and indoor Korean ceremonies.
The love tale of Mia and Brandon began when they were both in graduate school. Mia was studying medicine, while Brandon was working on his doctorate. Shortly into their summer research assignment together, they happened to cross paths briefly in adjacent labs. They lost touch for a while, but then reunited by chance and agreed to spend some time getting to know each other. They were destined to be together from the very beginning.
Their proposal was as unique as they are as a couple. They spent the time in quarantine having a romantic evening in. They cleaned up and placed a takeaway order. Brandon dashed inside for "some finishing touches" as they were arranging the balcony setup. He proposed with a bouquet of twelve red roses. Mia was so taken aback by his unexpectedness and the sheer joy she felt that she can only vaguely recall his words.
Mia and Brandon wanted a rustic site for their wedding because it would be homey and pleasant for their guests without sacrificing style. They looked all around South Jersey for a suitable location, but came up empty-handed. Then Mia found Normandy Farm and realized it would be the ideal location for their wedding. They decided on the farm because of its rustic beauty and the lovely drive across the rolling hills.
It was a privilege to document Mia and Brandon's wedding day and to share in their love story. I will never forget the wedding day because of how clearly their love shone through in every detail.
