THE LUCY

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at The Lucy, and it was an incredible experience. The enormous ballroom, which was both contemporary and classy, rapidly became one of my favorite places. The stairway leading to the mezzanine offered a bird's eye perspective of the main ballroom, making it ideal for capturing great moments throughout the night. I was particularly impressed by the venue's affiliation with the Cescaphe family, and as such, I felt I was in good hands with a team of specialists that genuinely understand how to make a wedding day a dream come true.

The Lucy, located on Broad Street in the center of Center City, is only steps from from City Hall and the famed Avenue of the Arts. It really exemplifies the Cescaphe brand's reputation for refined, luxury venues. The exquisite room mixes a modern interpretation of nineteenth-century details with current fabrics and materiality to create a warm classic feel. Brass chandeliers and marble embellishments, ivory wall paneling, painted white brick, and chevron wood flooring generate a timeless and traditional mood.
