Knowlton Mansion Wedding - Katherine & Guillermo

I was honored to capture the love and joy of Katherine and Guillermo's special day. These two lovebirds met online through match.com and knew from the start that they were meant to be together.

Their proposal was for the books to take place on a private boat in Amsterdam. Despite feeling under the weather from jet lag, Guillermo planned a romantic dinner on the boat and surprised Katherine with a proposal at the famous "love bridge." The couple even left their mark on the bridge by adding a lock with their engagement date.

When it came time to plan their wedding, Katherine and Guillermo knew they wanted an elegant venue with a rustic feel. Knowlton Mansion was the perfect fit, with its old-world charm, high ceilings, and rustic reception area. They were especially drawn to the private wine cellar, which offered many unique picture spots.

The wedding colors, a stunning blend of ivory and other neutrals with gold accents and touches of greenery, were beautifully complemented by the talented make-up artist Samantha Gencarelli from SamGen/Damelio Cosmetics. The ceremony, officiated by Andy Mahoney, was filled with love and joy, and the catering by Conroy Catering was top-notch. The DJ, Vibe Tribe, kept the party going all night long, and the photo booth by Caricature added even more fun to the celebration. Minted provided the invitations and other stationery.

As the photographer at Knowlton Mansion Wedding, I was delighted to be a part of Katherine and Guillermo's beautiful day. Their happiness was contagious, and it was a pleasure to witness and capture their love. I wish them all the best as they begin this new chapter of their lives together. #aintnothingbutagthingkatie
